Though I don't know what your mistakes are, I think making some mistakes may not pose a serious problem.
It was when London VO recently requested for new IMM5406 form because of a new baby that I just discovered I had omitted the last alphabet from my wife's middle name in the IMM5406 form. Other parts of the form and documents show the correct spelling. They never called me for explain. However, as I always say, many of the actions on the part of VOs depend largely on the officer handling individual cases.
I don't think you should lose your sleep over that. They make mistakes as well.
I remember a case of UK immigration sent a passport without a visa to an applicant with a letter saying that his application has been approved for a 3 years period. When the applicant contacted them, they apologised and stamped a visa in his passport. Errors are part of human lives. DON'T LOSE YOUR SLEEP.
