Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi Anil,

I have put up my immigration file in month of Feb. and have received file number just after 15 or 20 days but since then I have no updatess regarding my file. I am checking my status online on the canadian website as well but my staus is still "received by visa office". I am very confuse now. Please suggest me why is this happening?? waiting for reply....

Any reply will appreciate.....

I am an indian national working in US. what happens if i need to go back to India once my visa expires.. does anybody know
if the application get transferred to New Delhi once i give the Buffalo VO this info??? Any idea people? Pls help

Hi Avi_15:

A very difficult situation indeed. If it was me, I would do everything I can to renew my visa. If impossible, then you naturally have to inform Buffalo of the change... One would think it would be simple for them to just forward your application to ND, but in practice we have seen longer delays when anything out of ordinary takes place.

Try posting your question on the Buffalo board, link below, some folks over there have experience with such problems:

I submitted my documents on 30th December 2010, which were received by D.STEPHENSON on 5th of January 2011. I applied under skilled worker category 2151(architect).
Since then I have not received any recognition of my application from CIO.
I sent my documents through FedEx to:
Citizenship and immigration Canada,
Federal skilled worker (cio),
196 George Street,
b1p 1j3 att: sw1-noc#2151,
Sydney, ns, Canada.
