I sent off my application package on friday July 1st by fedex but on forgot to include my birth certificate, the package should arrive by monday at Nova Scotia.

My question is can I send my birth certificate by monday hoping they would add it to my application. Seniors your help would be greatly appreciated and if anyone had this experience.

just be honesh and write them them by mistake yr didnt sent the biorth cert and now when u realised, you are sending to them.

I would suggest you to send another email with ur passport number doB post tracking number date of post sent date of post received atCIO. send elaborated mail.
We have tried to contact through phone. Our cousin in canada had helped us but it was also of no use as we also had no filenumber at that time. During telephonic query they ask file number which you do not have.

So my suggestion is send mail with all details again. we had sent 2-3 mails with our details and problems and they had replied twice.

Well as I've mentioned in my previous mail that I sent the email to FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca but it takes a good 20 days and besides that i gave my passport details and didn't mention DOB.
I need the contact number of CIO to speak to a human and get my client ID - I don't have any tracking number. There was no response from the CIO since I applied in September 2010.

Please help - I have seen posts where people called the CIO. The number on the official website is not accessible. Does anyone have an alternate number?!

first thing they do is enter the PP no Date of Birth and Surname.

so along with birth certificate...send a cover letter including ur PP no. Date of birth, Sur Name and Given Name as mentioned in applicationn Passport.

as much as i know, according to EG7 hand book, no one can add any document/info to file when it is with CIO-sydeny. so don,t send ur birth certificate now. pray it complete review without it.
