Hi Indira !indira_prab said:As far as New Delhi VO is concerned, the PPR is sent with the medicals and so once the ECAS shows medicals are received by VO, and a decision made, it indicates positiveness At-least we have not heard of anything otherwise until today.
In fact, we have seen that the ECAS reads 'Decision Made' only after the passports are stamped and mailed out , as far as NDVO is concerned.
Thanks,
Indira Prabhakaran.
Please help me !
I read your post thanks a lot for your Suggestion and time...
I was through an agent actually...
And i had the email from cic as i requested saying that the Visa Officer accessed the application but your point only got up to 64.
I have not got 5 pt for the Relationship.
So as per my knowledge i think it was rejected by CIC, Canada only...
What do you think?
My agent is telling that It will be better to appeal as they are asking for only one point....
See these are the lines i am sending from my email.
You were assigned a total of 5 adaptability points for your spouse’s Master's degree level educational credential. No points were assigned for a relative in Canada as sufficient documentation was not on file to satisfy me of the relationship with Kalpanaben Priyawadan (Official documentation indicating the name of this individual’s Mother and Father was not provided)
You have not obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in Canada.
Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the regulations. The visa or any other document may be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act. Subsection 2(2) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to “this Act” include regulations made under it.
Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application.
Note: Any different or new information that you submit cannot be taken into consideration.
Should you have different or additional information, you may wish to submit a new application. For up-to-date information on how to apply under the Federal Skilled Workers Class, please visit the website at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
There are many ways to immigrate to Canada. To learn more about your options, visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.
the lines in green colour from them....
Can i appeal???
I think i just need to send one proof of the individuals...
I am totally blank about that...
Would it be better to Appeal as they need only one prrof....
Because if i will re-apply i need to wait to get the originals(some of the originals), back from CIC.
