eCAS is usually updatd on thursdays and tuesdays and does not reflect the exact stage our applications are in...the good news will come in its own good time...keep praying...

wait is killing ..guys/wayne..is there any way that the updation done by cic can be known automatically by email or so? or do we have to keep checking again and aagain...also..there have been some fellows who got their visas stamped but their status still says in process...i think its right..anything can happen...anythinggggggggggggg...

Hi Admins, my eCas status has been changed to Decision Made today! Although my previous posts of updating my status were not updated in tracker, I am still happy to post another one. ;D Hopefully my visa will come back soon with maple stamp on it. Best wishes to all applicants.

Re-dating the forms just prior to July 1st would certainly scupper all the immigration consultants (and those people stupid enough to use them) who charge very large sums of money for stockpiling applications and deliverying them to CIC on 1st July.

OK to be fair enough, don't judge people from your own or others experience.

I hired a lawyer and I am not ashamed to say this or regret it, I even recommended my lawyer to other friends. Also, I am %100 positive that I am smart enough to find my way in this life.

And I can assure you that I didn't hire a consultant because I am stupid or mentally retarded, it was a personnal choice to hire a consultant similar to your decision to do it yourself. Honestly, nothing is wrong with other people if they act different than you.

So please weigh your words carefully and learn how to respect others before you spit them out and hurt others feelings.

True Wayne, but by doing so, the thick skinned consultants dont lose anything as they get paid as soon as the app is dispatched. It is the suckers who use them lose out on opportunity of emigrating. Some of them will have to wait for another year if their NOC gets full soon.

Our "Decision Made" appeared some time between 11pm on Friday evening and 10am on Saturday morning - UK time.

I got my PER in Feb...and still ecas shows (RBVO)....how much longer should it take?? Any ideas?? Now i am starting to freak out ...like i did when the PER wasn't coming.....ahhhhhhhh..

Well YTNZ, there are more than a dozen instances in these two thousand over pages thread where immigration consultants have told porkies to innocent people who have parted their hard earned cash and got bananas in return. My comments were against those people. As it is obvious, there are good people and bad people everywhere, it seems in this profession there are more of the latter. If you read my post again, then i have said that "the suckers who lose out if their consultant messes up". This clearly says that the people who go to good consultants and get their app in and their visas at the end of the process (for example you) are not included in this category.

But if you are saying that because you have gone to a good consultant, every consultant in town is a saint, then i disagree. This is a open forum and people are entitled to their opinion. I respect yours, i hope you do the same to mine.

First of all and to be clear about it, I am not any lawyers advocate. You can say whatever you want about lawyers and immigration consultant.. they are not part of this forum unlike me and other applicants with same condition.

Yes, of course it is a free world, but you can't punch me in my face and ask me to respect your hand.
