Ok, interesting thing.

With out sending passports to VO the status ( Medical results have been received ) adding means, some bug issue. But few already sent the passports with medicals yet to add this line!!

ND VO ecase status interface might have designed by some Red chip Robo's

greeeeeeeeeeeeeeat news Nursemich ,Congratulations for your visa

I just want to share these ever since I applied for immigration..

After 112 days that CIO received my application - PER

36 days after PER - 2nd AOR

2 days after 2nd AOR - Medical Request

28 days after Results were submitted - Passport Request

22 days after CEM received our passports -
VISA !!!!!!!


A total of 33 weeks and 5 days


I received our visas today in a long brown envelope with serialized tapes indicating my file number..

The envelope contains the following:

- Me and my husband's passport of course with the visa..I'm hugging and kissing it..hehe
- COPR
- Letter from CEM, 5 pages, included is PDOS info.
- All my documents that were submitted (all of my docs. except the aplication forms)
- Receipt of payments

DHL called me this morning and I went to their office to pick it up, here in my home town ofcourse, I paid them the corresponding fee

PP were sent on 12th April but my bank is not telling anything about rprf encashment as my bank is state bank...

Dear Forum Members,

I am the Principal Applicant and in the final stages of preparing my application package and have thousands of doubts about each an every requirement, this may sound very silly to you all ,but would be very thankful if anybody can clarify my following queries:


1. Should we get all pages of the matriculation book notarized or
would the first page with the mark list page suffice?
2. Photographs – Should all the photos be enclosed in the same
envelope or should we keep enclose photos of each
R.R

1.its depnds on ur visa office if only bio data page of passport required or more see visa office dcument check list its given there

2.u can put ur and ur family members pics in one envelope and staple it to the form.t dont forget to write dob height clor of eye name on the back of the pics.and write principal applicants name in the envelope with dob
3.in case of notary ur notary public must seal that certifed true copy of the orginal / another seal showing I have seen the orginal/ they know what to o u just advice to seal that I have seen the orginal

However, I have as of date absolutely no acknowledgement / communication / emails from CIO. Therefore I dont even have a file number to track status online etc.

PLEASE HELP ! Should I be concerned ? How and whom do I contact for the status of my application ????
