Send the RPRF. If they did not ask now, they will ask subsequently, so to avoid that delay for extra communication to & fro, send the RPRF amount now.
You can send it anytime during the processing of your application, but before issuance of the Visa. No sweat !!

"Please find enclosed your right of permanent residence fee receipt.
Please quote as mentioned above File no. in all your future correspondence."

The date on receipt is 7th April 2011.

Admins of ND VO kindly update the details of RPRF Draft encashment. date 7/4/11..

I guess he is quoting the date from the bank and not VO. Remember everyone had a discrepancy of a few days for our processing fee payments with the BDs to CIO? I suspect the same thing here. It might have been encashed a few days before April 7th.

I totally agree with indira. When I checked with my Bank for RPRF draft encashment, my bank told me that my draft was encashed on 13th April as per their records. But when today I received receipt from Canadian High Commission, the date mentioned of RPRF encashment is 7th April.

Actually VO does not wait for the reconciliation of the BD post receiving of the money in their accounts to issue a receipt. They generate the fees receipt after entering the RPRF details in your file. Since it is a BD & not a cheque, they don't wait for the actual money to come in, therefore the draft hitting the bank takes a few more days from the date of RPRF receipt.
