I have a question for the seniors or anybody that could help me, My wife had a baby last week and I need to add our son to the application, what is the procedure, which form should I use? I already have birth certificate and should have passport in a month time.

I would:

1. fill in forms wherever they mention family members (general application, background declaration, etc.),
1.1 add newly born baby to every field that requires his name
2. draw a cheque or prepare credit card authorization form to your VISA OFFICE (not CIO this time) for CAD 150
3. write cover letter to attention of the immigration officer of your visa office explaining changes to your original submission
4. send the package

Hi to specially friends who are waiting long time for medical from Delhi VO,

I was just curious to know that Uncertain, Amar, Positive and myself Mitsu have the same pattern of receving the 2nd AOR thats the issuing date is 17th feb.. In my case the 17th feb is the issuing date, so can i know that do you guys have the same issuing date????

Please help me understand...

FAO EmmaJ & Wayne,
The DMPs I contacted have their patner radiographers for the Xray and the radiographer send the Xray to the DMP who will then send everything to CHC London. The radiographers are also close to them and the Xray guys are fully aware of the Canadian medical.

but they did not ask for rprf fees ... is it happen with any body befor?
is it normal? or should i contact the embassy?

Mitsu, yeah myself with same issuing date 17th. but with different VO, Singapore.
So, what you are concluding for ND VO for same pattern.........
