Just a quick update on our case (Not much of a breaking news yet, I know ). CIO finaly sent us our file number today starting with E00....
E cas status showing CIO Eligibility Review Completed. Further info from the link: We received your application for permanent residence on January 12, 2011. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 16, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
I still haven't received any mail/email from CIO yet.
Well, it's reassuring to know that CIO hasn't lost/misplaced our file I guess we'll have t continue the waiting game.
Good luck to all and my heartiest congratulations to Grasshopper and others with MR/RPRF etc requests.

Congrats 9j. This is good news. Your PER was sent 16 march though you did not get it. Your ecas status has said; CIO eligibility review completed. Wishing success sir.

Please note that your application has reached the medical examination stage. To prevent delays caused by normal mailing service, you have the opportunity to choose between:



a) Either to come in person to Damascus, Syria or to authorise someone on your behalf to pick up your medical instructions and forms or;

b) To arrange with your commercial courier company to pick them up on your behalf, the courier company will need the following information: your file number, our below mentioned phone number and that the envelope is at the visa section.



If you feel that this is difficult to do, please advise our office and provide us with a reliable mailing address, so we can send your medicals. If you do not respond to this email within ten days, your medical forms and instructions will be sent to you via regular post to the address we have on file.

Hi. Nope. They said it was enclosed but there was no reply label! Did you get one?

We're just going to send it to the CHC London address on the letter, and add a covering letter with all our details (file number, UCI, date of birth, address, NOC etc). Not much else we can do if they don't include a label! We're going to use their checklist thingy as the very top sheet though in case they want to scan in the bar code at the top.
