Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

hi guys,

A strange question actually, when we submit all the documents to the CIO intiallly we also need to submit the proof of funds too. As most of my money is in my girl friend's account (she saves it for me as i am a big spender), I transferred into my account a week ago submitting the application. This is visible through the bank statments.

I also attached a letter saying and indicating the transaction which I have done to my girlfriend and she is just giving back to me my money. I have already clear PER stage and waiting for 2nd AOR , do u think this proof of funds will come back to haunt me ? May be a rejection because of this?

Headline: WE JUST GOT OUR MEDICAL REQUESTS!!

Hi all - am very pleased to announce that we got our medical requests today! I popped home at lunch time to check the post, and sure enough the little brown envelope was waiting for us!

In addition for medicals for both of us they are asking for:
- Right of permanent resident fee
- Updated Schedule 1 forms for both of us
- Updated police certificates for both of us

Regarding the PCCs, I assume since ours run out on 17th July 2011 they feel it's cutting it a bit close to the wire, hence why they want fresh ones.

Really puzzled as to why they are asking for new Schedule 1s. The only change is that my company has been taken over and has a new name, but my job and duties haven't changed and we informed them of it.

On the correspondence they sent they gave no indication why they wanted new forms.

Ah well, no biggy Just very glad to get the medical requests! We're booked in for 1.30pm next Tuesday for medicals. Just thought I'd let you know asap to give hope to the scores of London applicants waiting - they ARE working!!

Congrats Wayne, thats great news. London Finally wakes up.. Do u think i would have to wait for my medicals till the PCCs reach there, or do u think they could send them before receiving the PCCs

Only Majorhell got an Interview call.......He mentioned that he applied thru a consultant.........I don't think they provide any reason in the letter as to what they are called for..........

I am wondering -- What makes them call Majorhell directly for an Interview whereas some other appicants are asked to furnish more documents/proofs???

Well, i think my application made them to call me.. not necessarily due to the fact that i am using a consultant. I guess 60-70% people of punjab use WWICS coz they are established name here and not all of there clients are called for interview. I am not recommending them to anyone now as i know that how easy it is to file your own application lol. Here are some facts about my profession.

1. Self Employed * This is the main reason i guess. I haven't seen many applicants in this noc who are self employed.
2. All clients in USA/Canada.
3. Income
4. Few other things that i don't want to discuss publicly.

Same e cas status.

It changed couple days after PER from application recieved to process and in details it said we recieved your application on DEC 7
we reviewed and send letter on 3rd March and blah blah .

couple weeks later..1 more line added..

We reviewed your application and is in process on March 3....

So no change in PER date and process date.

And yes Visa office is buffalo....

Well looking at the current scenario, I'm going in hibernation...don't look like anything happening till fall at buffalo

Ill relax and enjoy the Vancouver summer and see what surprises buffalo brings in fall.
