Quite a lot of applications from Buffalo are now "Received by Visa Office", but no-one has had anything like a 2nd AOR or medical request yet.

Regrettably Buffalo seem to be about the slowest visa office

Hey Guys,
Does any of the admin guys have access to CIC Ecas password? If yes, please change my status from RBVO to DECISION MADE AND VISA APPROVED. I am tired of seeing the same thing on my Ecas. Its about 2 months since receiving PER and it seems nothing is done since then.
So if the admin guys have CHC Ecas password, please facilitate the processing of my application.
My addiction to ecas and this forum is hitting me hard.

I am happy for ND and Manila applicants. I hope grasshopper Marple leaf reach him soon.

I need advice from people who had to mail their FBI certificates to Buffalo VO!

So I was waiting for my file to reach Buffalo, which it did last week. Now I want to send them my FBI certificate that was the only one that I didn't include with my application. My question is if it is sufficient to write a cover letter including my info & file numbers and mail it to Buffalo.

Address that I've found is:

Canadian Consulate General
Immigration Regional Programme Centre
3000 HSBC Center
Buffalo, New York 14203-2884 U.S.A.

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct address?

My visa office is New Delhi
I am more worried..My PER was before you.....and same status .. I also made an address change request. 2 weeks before i did it via online...then send an email ...today i mailed the request via courier...no response from here...

Right now when i check my status online I see Received_by Visa Office AND

i am doing the same. Trying to get the Police certificates to send to Buffalo office. Would add a cover letter to it with my info. I would mail at the address you provided.
