They must me asleep in London VO. I applied since August and my status still reads RBVO. Hasn't even changed to "in-process" yet. Truly excited to read about Grasshopper's progress. I hope and pray we all get there sometime soon. Wishing everyone a nice week.

Hi - I've just been to update your record but seems someone has now already done your update (sorry I've been away for a few days).

Regarding time it takes for AOR and Meds/PPR it is very visa-office specific, so perhaps someone from New Delhi could give you an idea - or just have a look at timelines of other New Delhi applicants on the tracker.

Hi All !

Have been away again and havent been able to chk the forum for a while...I had a question if anyone can help me..a friend of mine is a pre 26/6 applicant...he has received his AOR and has sent his docs to London VO....he hasnt received his 2nd AOR yet....he is getting married in a couple of months...can he add his spouse to his current application? what to do and how? any ideas?

I know it's frustrating for you & I really cant guess what is reason behind this hold up for SP VO applicants whos processing commenced in Feb 2011.
I assume that SP VO will keep their current strategy & issue more MR to applicants whos processing commenced in March 2011.
If that happens then "Ekram vi" is next in the line

Please note that your application has reached the medical examination stage. To prevent delays caused by normal mailing service, you have the opportunity to choose between:
a) Either to come in person to Damascus, Syria or to authorise someone on your behalf to pick up your medical instructions and forms or;
b) To arrange with your commercial courier company to pick them up on your behalf, the courier company will need the following information: your file number, our below mentioned phone number and that the envelope is at the visa section.If you feel that this is difficult to do, please advise our office and provide us with a reliable mailing address, so we can send your medicals. If you do not respond to this email within ten days, your medical forms and instructions will be sent to you via regular post to the address we have on file.

In process started to show up 2 days after I got this Email.

Hey guys,

I was taking a look at the VO summary in our spreadsheet and noticed that only 1 applicant is going through Warsaw (from our group) while 17 have applied to Damascus. I think that most of the Damascus applicant's files are being sent to Warsaw now, so should we perhaps change the VO in the spreadsheet?

Secondly, I'm a little confused about this myself. There are some applicants whose VO was Damascus but they started to get their AORs from Warsaw, others are still receiving it from Damascus. I guess we'll have to wait a little longer to find out what's going on there.

First off, please address Wenstumped as Ms. Wenstumped since she is a respectful lady.

Then, Apparently a number of post 26 June applications whose VO's meant to be Damascus initially, are now being transfered to Warsaw instead. The reason has been cited speeding up the process in the email Warsaw sends for the applicants.I really hope they are true to their words. :

In this thread, my application is the only one so far which has been transferred to Warsaw.I got te email from Warsaw two days ago and prior to it I had no idea that my file was not transferred to Damascus at all. Moreover,now I know of two other applicants in another forum with similar situation. I have learned that such trend was not unpecedented for Damascus and a considerable number of 2004,2005,2006 files that were stuck in Damascus backlog have been transferred to Warsaw after 2009 and are being processed. Some are finalized as well.
