Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

okay, sorry about that.

The email states that I have to give the full application to my Visa Office in Manila.
Like the application forms.. Im reading the instructions stated on the link given to me in order
to download the Federal Skilled Worker guide and application forms

Is this the part where I will be sending all of the supporting documents, like: my IELTS result, Work certificates, Transcript, Diploma, etc.?

Looks like you are pre 26/6 applicant.

Exactly , but her application was received by the CIO on 26th June 2010 This mail may indicate that they are about to finish processing applications until the last date of the previous system(pre June 26 era).

hello frnds,,
i got my 1st AOR from CIO on 29th june 2010 and submit my file to visa office Sydney Australia on 18th August 2010 and got 2nd AOR on 9th September 2010
So, i want to know from seniors as i applied under NOC 1111 ( accountant), how the new changes will effect case and what could be the next step and how much it will take (approx).

seems u r a pre-26 June applicant dear....when u applied exactly?....the new rules isn't applicable in ur case, best wishes.

I understand your situation , It's a bit interesting 8).

Please understand that CIO NS has changed rules for FSW stream with a new set of occupations and also to include ALL of the documents except PCCs with the initial application on 26th June 2010. That means, people who had sent out their applications or at least i heard who's courier packages bear the sent date as something on or before 26th June 2010, they would still continue to be processed under old rules(38 occupation list + only simplified application process - NO documents required). If the application was sent out after 26th June 2010, then it must comply with the new 29 occupation list and have ALL the documents enclosed. Else they are sure to find their way back home .

Given that your application was received by CIO on 26th June 8), and that you have applied under the 38 occupations and NO documents required - simplified application process, and that you have not got your application returned yet , we can easily conclude that your application is being processed under the pre 26 June ERA 8) 8) 8).

So, relax and gather your documents to submit to the VO in 120 days time line and get ready to FLY

further to this, document request to the visa office suggests this applicant is a pre-26June, as docs of post-26June applicants are forwarded to visa offices by the CIO (this is how 120 days are shaved off)
