Not sure even that stacks - how does that theory explain the 2 London applicants to receive medical requests when all of July, August and September are still waiting?

Personally I think they dropped the entire pile of applications and stacked them back up again in a random order

Any updates?

As far as for me,i ringed CIC and inquired abt my status. One mr Immanuel answered and told that they have sent an e-mail on Jan itself ancd asked to check me in junk mail since i hv not received anything. I informed abt the reply from CIC for my enquiry and he has asked the contents of the mail. He informed me that they will send a mail within one week. He is hesitated to reveal it is+ve or -ve. He is revealed all these after a long verification. It takes more than 30 minutes and he is a nice man.

So now the time for prayers. Let HIM decide my fate.
I suggest you and all other similar state persons to ring up and enquire. U should keep a decent manner of
talking...
Kindly inform if any further developments.......

In my case, should i contact them through email or phone for inquiry of my file because it is been long time 20th sept file sub. and 28th feb is the date they have started processing.
i have given my num to postman so that he can inform me in the morning.
tensed help me out...

I understand your ECAS reads they started processing on Feb 28th? In that case, it can take this while also.. Jignesh received his medicals after 45 days from his 2nd AOR. So, i guess you will receive it soon, just that they are taking time to do the background checks..

Hi Anil, Indira and to all senior members in the forum

I have a quiery; I am basically from Mumbai with passport issued there. Now my current residence is Cochin. For the PCC going via local Passport office will take a hell lot a time considering the fact that I am from Mumbai. Should I approach the local Police commissioner's office i.e Cochin for the same. Which do you feel should I opt to get a speedy PCC. Do clear this doubt for me.

Thanks for understanding our situation.. but don't you think that VO need to start processing our file to do background checks etc. With status RBVO, i dont think they are doing checks on our files. Its just that the files are with them and they are yet to look into them. The background checks/ document checks reasons look valid if our status is IN process, but its not.

Yes, but there are inconsistencies with ECAS also.. Cannot rely on that completely. If you remember, some of the ND applicants had only RBVO until they received their medicals. You never know when they start to process your file :..
