yes friend this is a long wait, I had received 2ND AOR only after 16 days of it's issuance date,
as per e-cas, processing was started on 2nd March, so they might have issue MR on 4th or 7th March.
The 16th day is today even we count from 7th March, so expecting within this week.

Few days ago my e-cas showed "Received by Visa office"...but the content inside is as same as when it showed CIO ER complete..

Does it mean they just received the package and not started processing or have they started processing.. ??

hey jojokab,

they definitely would have started processing....u should be receiving your 2nd AOR soon....since ecas isn't updated regularly it might be showing CIO-ERC.....

dont worry mine changed to RBVO with CIO-ERC details only after a week of receiving 2nd AOR ....

No sign of MR, it's 27 days of receipt of AOR, i am in Kathmandu,
Just confirmed with canadian consulate office, Kathmandu today.
they informed me that today also, they have not received the MR.

they are receiving the docs from india once a week on every tuesday.
so, i have to wait for another tuesday also,

Fraustrating time,
