Mine is also still the same "CIO Review Complete". Congratulations Avi. I am very happy that yours has been changed. That means ours should change soon too.

I'm from Buffalo.

Since I got my PER on 3/9/10, I have not been able to access my status on E-Cas. I tried with different numbers, but still nothing found in the system.

Is anyone experience the same thing? Is it because my file has not physically arrived at Buffalo, so E-Cas not showing anything yet?

I had same problem with my Ecas. I send them inquiry (to CIO). And after few weeks it starts working. Buffalo can do nothing about the Ecas. Write to CIO.

Hi - no regrettably it seems Buffalo are in the same place as London and Damascus and some other visa offices, utter silence

And also you cannot change your visa office without good reason. Most people will not be able to change their visa office at all. Your visa office has to be that which serves your country of residence, or your country of origin. So the only way I can see them letting you change it is if your country of residence differed from your country of origin, and you believe you can good reason to switch from one to the other.

My home country is India but US is country of residence. So, i think i have a reason to change it.

PS. My ecas still says CIO ER complete.

Even if the VO consider it part time ( worst case - as it is not mentioned on the letter whether it was part time or full time), i will still be able to get 21 points (3.5 + 3.5/2= 5.25 years more than 4 years) but only if the VO accept reference letter.
it is very difficult for me to get another reference letter from my previous employer and also dont have any salary / pay slip. it was a small company and they were not used to all these formal documents.My only concern is if the VO will count my experience for this job without employment contract? if anybody applied without employment contract i.e. only with reference letters please share your experience here.

If you dont have employment contract then you should write down an explanation letter explaining why you dont have that and what supporting docs(i.e ref letter,pay slip etc) you are submitting instead of that.
