Hi Shareen,victor.shareen said:Hey Wayne/Anil/Indira
Just wanted to know if its required to get my husband's engineering degree assessed by "Engineers Canada" b4 we leave for Canada ? He is a telecom engineer with Ericsson India and has a BE degree in Electronics & Instrumentation.....I read an article stating that this profession is not regulated in canada.....
I would like to hear your opinions....
Thanks,
Shareen
That would be great to have his credentials assessed by an authorized organization before moving to Canada. It will definitely be of some help in finding employment, even if his occupation is not regulated there. That will at least give an idea of what his qualifications are, when compared to the Canadian standards to the prospective employers.
Thanks,
Indira Prabhakaran.
