sounds like a 2nd AOR....does it have details about processing times, interview, interpreters, etc....then it is indeed the 2nd AOR :)

Hi Someone,

I've seen your post, and the next ones after this one. I've also read the replies from Indira. I have the exact same issu as you, and I believe Jincymaramon is on the same boat. My e-cas shows:

We received your application for permanent residence on September 30th, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter to "my mailibgaddress" on February 1, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

As you see, I am pretty much sure that in my case, since my address is stated, I am getting an NER with all the papers back. I also sent an enquiry through the cic website to CIO Sydney at the beginning of February, they've replied today saying my file is still waiting to be reviewed by an officer. Who knows what's going on eh?. I'm planning to call tomorrow and find out. In any case just wanna let u know that yours is not the only case.

If the PER was sent as an email, should the 2nd AOR and medical request be expected to come in email too ?

Thanks.

Not necessarily...it solely depends on the respective VO's.....ND-VO has send 2nd AOR's through ordinary mail....

Dear All,

Today i have received the 2nd AOR from Singapore visa office which was issued on 15th Feb 2011 and posted on 16th February 2011. It took 13 days from Singapore to deliver to Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The format is like pre-june AOR. They didn't mention any processing time. But they mention that if the application is determined to be eligible for processing then processing will begin on a priority basis.

On my e-case status which is "In process" i can see that the following line:

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 23, 2011."

That mean it took 8 days for singapore VO to review the application (From 15th of Feb to 23rd Feb).

Please update my status!

Thanks.

Dear friends,

My brother in low from Canada yesterday has called CIC office in Sydney and they told him that my application is not review yet.

What do you mean about it?

Thank you

Viktoria

For some reason your application review process has not been completed yet.

Is there anything in the way you assembled your paperwork that would make your application more time consuming and difficult to review?
