Hello all,

Today I just recieved my 2n AOR by post I am glad cairo office is working. However I am not happy about the content of the letter. They just mentioned that it takes at elast 24 months to finalize the file. The 2nd sentense is, If you did not hear from us within 6 months, pls contact us. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I would like to have your inputs on this D:

Well, the first "2nd AOR" came out of the Manila VO on February 3rd. Now, 21 days later we have 6 different VOs giving out "2nd AORs."

I know the wait is unbearable for everyone, myself included, but the fact that 6 VOs are now giving out 2nd AORs in such a short time shows that good progress is being made in a timely manner.

My 2 cents.

I recived a letter from New delhi VO with some instructions and my payment recipt.
what does it mean?
I want to add my daughter name in the imm papers but i am i comfused about the draft ,should it be made in the name
of reciver general canada or new delhi visa office?
please guide..........

Hi, you just received your 2nd AOR. Congratulations! The payment receipt is for Processing.
Next will be the Medical Request and Request for Payment of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF). Your visa office will give you instructions about PRfee payment.
You may send "changes in circumstances" (your daughter's) to your local VO.

I have sent my inquiry to London VO and they replied me about the status

'Medicals have been received and received permanent residence application'

I think so it would help us all who have same status of their applications with medical (bug) msg

after getting PER.

I have been attacked by the "Medicals Received" bug today!

My status says,

We received your application for permanent residence on September 9, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

If people with the bug are receiving the 2nd AORs then I hope I get to share some good news soon!

Got the 2 Aor by Email after asking them about time frame .... my consult didnt recieve nothing ...
and the time frame on the Aor is ave of 18 month.. i think its the loongest time i have ever read here
