London and Buffalo have not responded to anyone yet, even those such as asaif whose applications were in very early after the June changes - am I the only one who thinks that this might mean that they are not bothering with AOR but will simply send Med Requests when they are ready? Surely would be very unlikely that someone who had been granted PER in November has still not been given AOR if it was going to be issued?
Our status has said IN PROCESS since a little while after we got PER, which was about three weeks after we would have expected and has not changed since.
(Our app was received by CIO on 7th September but we only got PER on 24th January. I attribute this to the fact that we are Cat 2 and that they needed to check the TWP and LMO and verify my OH's job was completely above board.)
I cannot believe that our application has still not been transferred to the VO, since it is almost a month since we received PER, but along with Kolhapuri (who received PER at the same time) we still say IN PROCESS. Also, linkrink has status IN PROCESS and yet received PER on 26th November.
I think that the absence of AOR from London indicates a different way of working for them and for Buffalo for similar reasons.
Both CanadaJimmy and we are Cat 2, which does have implications for us in terms of our TWP running out before PR is received and all the worry that will create, so fingers crossed for us, please Cat 1s - we are on a serious deadline!

aliyah, edlubo, siamak and smiler congratulation for your PER.

Best wishes

I dont know about your conclusion, but i hope it is true. Anyway, my app as yours is 'In Process' a few days after i received the PER and has been the same since then.

Hi all.

Please note I am producing a "VO Summary" sheet on our Speadsheet workbook which will dynamically summarise how many apps we have for each visa office, how many PERs, how many med requests, 2nd AORs etc.

It is a work in progress so please don't tinker with the formulae whilst I'm in the middle of doing it! :)

Cheers,
Wayne.

Ok - after 2 hours of drilling my brain out over formulae I have finished the VO Summary page for our current tracker. This will automatically total how many applications we have from each visa office, and other useful information such as how many PERs, 2nd AOR and Med Requests and also what % of these have been received in comparison to the total applications.

This will make the following assumptions:
- That the visa offices are correctly spelt (case sensitive) in the tracker
- That the PER, 2nd AOR and Med Request dates are correctly filled in on the tracker. It won't use notes or colours, just the dates - whether they are filled in or not, and just count the ones which are filled in.

It will automatically update as we update the tracker without needing to update the VO Summary. The only thing I should need to do is add a new row if we get an applicant from a new visa office which we don't already have on the spreadsheet.

I *think* it will automatically update if we move the columns on the main sheet but please be careful admins just in case ;)

Currently (for recent post-June-26 applicants) London issues PPR around 3 to 4 months after medical requests. I think getting medical requests (as we saw from Manila) will be much faster than pre-June-26 applicants because, as I keep saying :), visa office have much less work to do. After medical requests are issued the timelines are probably very similar. It's just IMO probably going to be slower for London applicant to get to the med request stage.

So my bet for London applicants? Med requests starting from the end of March. PPR end of June to end of July.

KPKINNERA
Mr KPKINNERA, it will be good if you dont write in caps. In a forum, writing in caps suggests shouting and you may not get a response on your query if you shout here. People will be discouraged to help you. Also, writing everything in bold is not a good idea. You can highlight a few words in bold if you think it is important.

i wish i had any... eagerly waiting for them to wake up..
