Application Withdrawn by CIC saying FEE NOT DEPOSITED after i have receipt, AOR?

Hi,

So as of course CIC will do anything to your application even the most unimaginable things will happen, i really wonder what kind of system they have which can not keep track of applications.

App Submitted- 15th Sep
Paid Fee- 15th Sep
AOR - 17TH December (they just forgot i guess)
Medical Passed, BG in progress
RCMP request - 5th Jan
RCMP Done - 13th Jan
Tried to submit till date at least 50 times, DOES NOT SUBMIT FAILS TO SIGN UP APP

Sent CSE got reply in 1 month that document is attached.

Today got email that your application is withdrawn since you did not deposit the application fee. :-\
I have paid, have fee receipt of payment, CC Charged already, receipt stands attached to my PR application and it shows right there.

Seriously CIC ?

Now any chances how to go about it, any help is HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

You received AOR after 3 months?
Are you applying yourself or any consultant is involved?

Did you pay RPRF upfront?

Yea they forgot to send AOR i believe.
No agent doing it myself/.

I suspect they requested you for RPRF but somehow you did not get it or missed it. That could be the reason for rejection. Have you checked all your junk/spam mail?
Sometimes these mails don't go in inbox.

Ok so after lots of introspection, i am informed by my bank today that i got a refund of 1100 CAD on 13th November from CIC.

So this is my timeline looks like -

15th Sep - App Submit FEE paid / NO AOR
13th Nov - REFUND from CIC
7th December - AOR
Medical passed, background check in progress
5th Jan - RCMP request
1st March - Withdrawal saying no fee is paid.

So guys please help me with what should i do at this position ?

thats so sad...why dont u send Case specific enquiry to cic with the online transaction slip dated sept and say you paid money but it was because of fault on their end that it got refunded

Do as caddr has said, and be very polite. Also recommend you open another EE profile and await an ITA as there is no guarantee they will re-open your application, in which case you would lose valuable time.
