I have logged my file in march with all the requirements fulfiled and then i recieve Aip in october and request letter of loa for jan intake from embassy in addition i submitted the same after a week then why I do not get any update on my status about visa

Summer 2020(March 2020) applicant here. And all I have is an AIP and a GCMS notes saying my application was approved back in June.
You'll get the update when you get it. Processing times are no longer generalized, they've become unique case-by-case.

After updating Upfront medical for sds applicants on portal how much time they take for decisions???
File Is in Ottawa office.

Same situation with me..
Applied 10th march with complete application
SDS
AIP 19 August
till now no updates
