application to sponsor, sponsorship appilcation and undertaking

hi there, i was checking this form - app to sponsor, sponsorship app and undertaking.... i am permanent resident and planning to sponsor my spouse now. I see the UCI no. in the form. will the cic provide me the new UCI no. or do i need to write the same old no. the one i used when i applied for my own pr 1 yr back???
