The tracker sign-in does not ask pob anymore, so make sure you are entering correct (all numeric) UCI number instead of temporary UCI starting with CAN000I see you submitted your ADR already. Also, for tracker locker, I would suggest, you try different combinations if place of birth. For me, I was able to create after I used place of birth as City , State

I don't know about that. I am an EE FSW-O applicant.means, PR application of AIP applicants also can register with the tracker sooner! ??

That change in Background Status on your GCKey indicates that your eligibility has been reviewed and passed at initial level. Once it reverts to your original status, you can expect PPR.Thanks for your response
