application status on Hold in WES site.

hi ! I need to understand what is the status "Hold"? and "we are waiting for your documents" in WES web site
I started processing for Canadian PR under AIP program this is starting stage . I obtained trnscript from Anna University and now trying for obtaing ECA from WES
I created an account in www.WES.ORG and submitted the copy of my certificates and marks sheets (Pg and UG)and still money is not paid. I got this message appeard on their web site.
first line : my name
second line : reference number
third line : evaluation type: initial application.
then within a frame displayed as below
status is on HOLD
we are waiting for your documents
status last update :10/07/2024

What do you mean you sent document? School sends it. Call WES directly and ask what is the matter.

Contact WES because it is the school that sends the documents by sealed envelope or through secure account., not you.
