Application status for visitor visa

We have applied visitor visa dated - 25/07/2018 via VFS Ahmedabad. We have to attend the Birthday celebration of my Nephew at Canada. His Birthday party is dated - 31/10/2018 . But still we don't have our visa.
Whenever we checked online there is showing visa is in processing. Can you help me to track down my application. My tracking number is

If the processing time for your country of residence has passed, you can send a IRCC web form to request for an early decision. If your travel is not urgent then do wait for some days before you send the web form
