If you have mailed on Thur / Fri, It would have been received on Monday. Other than that.. it is reached two days after you submit it. For Example.. Submit on Monday.. will reach on Wednesday..

If i have understood correctly, then that means that we cant check our application progress????

I heard they give a confirmation of recival email... :S

1. Postage on average takes around a month to reach.
2. You can e-mail the relevant authority in your university and request to send you a scanned version. Note that normally universities send you a black & white scanned copy for reference. You need the Original Letter of Acceptance to attach with your visa application.

* An original LoA is a print on the Universities letter head (coloured) with all pertinent information and necessary signatures.

Some universities offer services for sending Acceptance letter through courier service. You can check with your university, if they offer such service. Although it may cost you around 100CAD$.

If you are going for Spring 2012 session then do it as soon as possible..

I just got my acceptance from University of Windsor. I will be submitting my family coming friday on November 11, 2011 to CHC ISL. I hope I will not be considered too late and my files comes back on time.

Scan your old LOA and contact with the university through their email id. If they accept your old LOA and send you the new one it will be fine.
