I know I have shortage of time. But I have faith and if i deserve the visa i will get it no matter what. so those of you who worry about when will your visa come, be confident and never lose hope you will get it if you are suppose to.

I have submitted visa application on October 21, 2011 and received confirmation email that my application is under process on October 24, 2011. Can anyone give me idea that how much time would they take for medical or final decision? my classes will start on January 09, 2012. Do they consider the time period of session? [/color]

yes, you are right they do confirm that your application has been received at CHC ISB and your application is under process. I have submitted application on October 21, 2011 and got confirmation email on October 24, 2011. Did you provide correct email ID to Visa Officer?
