What were the reasons u were refused the first time. Have u made changes to your application? I was also refused in sept on stouffville and planning to apply in a week.

The reasons were you would not leave Canada (1) Limited Employment Prospects in your country of residence (2) Purpose Of Visit

Now em applying for the Feb intake 2013. Took "letter of commitment" from my Father's employer, offering a job after completion of my studies in Canada. My Father's "Salary Certificate" along with his "Property Documents". Family Registration Certificate "(FRC)" for strong home ties. And Wrote Statament Of Pupose and Cover Letter. i have already paid the full fees at LSBF, and showed them a bank draft of CAD $17000 on my name gave by my parents for my living expenses in Canada. The draft will also act as a 5 months bank Statement because it was made in "11th of May" and will be expired on "11th of November". i attached the cover letter stating that i will renew it on "8th of November" for the next 6 months, and you can also contact and have confirmation through the Bank in this Regard.

some people get meds in 10 days others get in 17 days and so on

why is it that? who reviews an applicant's docs before meds are sent and finally queued for a visa officer's decision?

Sponsor Name, address and Contact number
Address and contact number of where you will be staying

The above information is required within 05 days of this letter. At that time, your application will be reviewed and concluded on the basis of the information on file.

What do i say is my address in Canada?

most probably the person working on your case thinks that your sponsor is in Canada. The best possible thing to do right now will be to write a letter or e-mail to the embassy explaining that your father with whom you are currently living with will be your sponsor. Send a copy of all the documents you have sent with your original application to back your claim, along with this send a copy of the forms that mention about your father being your sponsor (highlight this information) hopefully this will clear up the sponsor issue.

first of all, provide some details to us for providing u proper advice.

1. Who is your sponsor? Where is he currently living at the moment? What's your relationship with him/her?

They just want to verify details of your sponsor, that's all.

They just to make sure if everything was legitimate on financial front.
