Application Status - CHC Islamabad "Winter 2013"

Do these documents are enough to convince the visa officer that i would leave Canada after completion of my studies :

"Letter Of Commitment from my Dad's employer (offering job after completion of my studies in Canada)",
"Family Registration Certificate",
" Father's Property Documents".

It's valid for 3 months from issue date.

yr today i went to city traffic police office they told me it all depends on the embassy different embassies have different criteria's.
they also told me that they do not issue another PCC before 3 months.

i previously rejected by the Canadian High Commission Islamabad on the following reasons :

1) Limited employment prospects in your country of residence
2) Purpose Of Visit

now em applying again with the same profile.

just made 2 changes (1) Letter from my Dad's employer (offering job after completion of my studies in Canada) (2) Strong SOP and Cover Letter


Can anyone tell me, what are the chances of getting visa this time?

Guys,

I will be filing my application to CHC Islamabad for student visa shortly. Currently, I am working in a public sector oil & gas organization.
I just want to know if submitting an NOC from my employer along with other documents is mandatory. If I submit it, will it in any way improve my chances of getting visa? What if I don't submit it? For me it's almost impossible to get an NOC due to lengthy procedures involved. I hope you understand.

now am applying for university, but the thing is most of the universities ask for 6.5 band
i have scored 6 band.
