Thanks to all I have got my Canadian Student Multiple Visa Today.
It was dispatched on 22-Nov-2012

here is my profile and timeline:
Case filed on June 11th 2012.
Medical : July 10th 2012.
medical done and passport return on July 11th 2012.
Visa Received on: 26-Nov-2012.

here is my academic record:
10th: 61% (Aga Khan Board)
12th: 60% (Aga khan Board)
Diploma of english (Months) from Aga khan University karachi.
Ielts: 6.0 Overall
Listening:5.5, Reading:60, Writing:6.0, Speaking:6.5.

Bank Statements:
Business acount of my father: $7,000.
Saving Account of my father: $45000
property and other assess-ts: $130,000.

Yes you can use it. But try to go for Letter from Standard Chartered Bank or HBFC coz they follow international standards and they have good image as compared to local banks. Chances are fairly high. Even I applied on Loan Letter from Stanchart and got my Medical call within 20 days. Now i'm waiting for Visa.

Tell me one thing please.... did u take money out from the loan account leaving the 10 percent in loan and 90 percent out?
because for loan you put money as a fixed amount in ur account and then they make a loan account for you. so you are forbidden to withdraw the money from the account in which the money is kept fixed but you may withdraw 90 percent from the loan account. so did u withdraw?
