Hi I just got the acceptance letter from university of ottawa for Jan 2013 intake.Is it ok to apply now because less time is remaining?? I have 2 years gap between studies but no work experience, is it also ok to apply without work experience?? I have my relatives in canada,they will offer me sponsorship for my studies and living expenses,Can I use this sponsorship letter instead of bank statement???

no no never use such sponsorships. the only valid sponsorship is your mother father or brother sister. secondly try to fill the gap by whatever you did in these two years atleast fill one year and leave one year. just show any experience letter mentioning the date of joining. yeah its ok u can apply anytime

Show some work experience and do not use sponsorship from Canadian citizens........it will not be helpful in ur case..........

thanks...but i don't have bank statement of last four months..can i use my property assets or some kind of loan?? can i show them them assets of silver and gold etc??? please tell me some way to apply other than sponsorship letter??

u can show ank statement of less than four months i know a guy who showed a bank statement ok i think 1 or 2 months, got visa. but show proof where this money comes. yes u can show property as ur home tie. and also u can show loan letter. i think showing silver and gold is not that good idea but you can show them as an extra assets.

sponsorship is necessary if ur relatives r willing to sponsor u then ask them to give you money and deposit that amount in ur fathers account

If you show less than four months than do show the source, Property and other assets are helpful in home ties but not in liquid cash.........

Yes u can show loan, but in Pakistan the education loan is less practiced as compare to India.........but the loan will work. Basically if some relative is going to sponsor you then u have to establish that why he is sponsoring you.
If u arrange money and submit in your account then you have to show the source of income, other wise the VO will think that you have borrowed it from some person.................
