Extremist I agree with you. they will give visa at the end. So We all have to wait even after medical call.

Guys.
I had made an application for embassy stating the reasons of my medical.
When my medical was done. When it reached to INDIA, New Delhi Regional office.
Along with dates and courier # and Medical tracking number Via DHL.

Here is my application:

Canadian High Commission,
Visa Section,
Islamabad, Pakistan.


Subject: Request for Re-Medical Letter.


Dear Sir / Madam;

I had filed my student visa application for Canada, September 2012 Intake, and submitted my application for your consideration on June, 12th 2012 Via TCS (Tracking no # XXXXXX). Later on July, 9th 2012 Canadian High Commission issued a Medical Letter to process my application further. It is important to note that I had received my medical letter on the very next day July, 10th 2012 and following day I get my appointment for medical examination from International Organization for Migration (IOM), Karachi Pakistan. Medical Examination was done successfully and an Official Medical Receipt, Medical Report - Section A, given by the office staff along with my passport were courier back to the Canadian High Commission Islamabad on July 12th, 2012.

On August 17th, 2012 12:51 PM, I had emailed Canadian High Commission to speed up my application process as I was intended to join my University from September 2012 Intake. And I received a reply on September 27th, 2012 from Immigration Section, Canadian High Commission Islamabad that my medical is not received by them yet. It was difficult to understand that Medical was already forwarded by IOM, Karachi Pakistan to New Delhi, India Regional office but didn't reach back to the Embassy, Islamabad Pakistan.
Furthermore, in response of the email of Immigration section, Canadian High Commission Islamabad, I had visited International Organization for Migration (IOM), Karachi Pakistan to confirm my medical reports and their delivery details. They had instructed me to report Canadian High Commission Islamabad that my medical could be traced by this no # MD XX XXX XXX as it was written on my Medical Report – Section A form which I had forwarded to CHC, Islamabad along with my passport.

Attached are the Medical letter Issued by Canadian High Commission Islamabad on July 9th 2012, Copy of Medical Official Receipt, Medical Report – Section A form, FAX which was send to the Regional Medical Office New Delhi India on October 18th, 2012 and proof of the email which was received by Immigration Section, CHC Islamabad on September 27th 2012 to support my application as well as Medical Details along with dates.

Lastly, it has been three months after medical; I'm waiting for my further application process. Please ask me for Re-Medical as I have no issues to undergo Medical Examination again. I'm a student and I Filed my Student Visa Application on June, 12th, 2012 for September 2012 Intake. My whole year Fees is also Blocked in my University. They are asking Reasons for Differ because after MEDICAL it was updated to my University that my MEDICAL EXAMINATION has been done. And now, they are arguing that Canadian High Commission doesn't take so much time after Medical Examination is conducted. Please Speed-Up the Application. Being a student, I have to continue my education as soon as possible.

And rest 3-4 pages were the evidences to support my application like a copy of medical letter issued By CHC, ISl, Fax which I had done to New delhi India Regional Medical Office, Copy of passport, Official Medical Receipt given by Iom karachi Pakistan. And the A print of email which Embassy had send me.

NO Medical was good....no problem in that.................
the Problem lies in CHC procedure....i thnk they are probably sleeping...they Jst not care Abt our future........Memoona u wnt belive 1 of my frnd got medical coll after 7.5mnth...and still he is w8ing for Visa..

but my plan is to change my college Once i enter Canada..INSHALLA

Hmm, I haven't heard of such delay for university student. I don't know why they delay the cases for college students. Or may be I am wrong. It depends on luck too.

Exactly totally Depends upon luck and Also there is kind of quota system like 20 guys applied for regina Not all of them will get visa Cause of some quota system I heard this thing from many ppl Anyways I dont knw much truth it have

INSHA ALLAH we will make this time have patience guys Just hope someone get visa soon then they will start giving visas to other as i observed if one got medical Others also got chance and if one got visa they also start issuing visa of others this is what i observed from past 2 years

Am going to mun university for bba I want to shift to some college in toronto as my family is living in toronto For some diploma in good college

As am a university student Will study bachelors so if i Move to college for some Bussiness Diploma do i have to inform embassy ? cause i think The Diploma is Of bachelor Level am confused in this point and Yes if i have to inform embassy about this change Does this makes bad impact ? or Can They reject my application then Worst case scenario DO i have to leave Canada Then ? please Clear my Doubts

yeah you have to provide your new LOA to CBSA. then they will make some changes into your study permit/may issue you a new one. it does not make any good or bad impact, once you are here you can change to any course any degree. many people do the same. nop can not refuse you. you can simply say I got a chance to study in toronto, I like it there, I want to get there.
