1. Apply for PGWP, get a permanent NOC O,A,B job work for the required duration of time and then apply for PNP. Once you get your PNP, apply for PR within 6 months (validity period). Once you get PR, live in Canada for 2 years and if your have lived in total for 3 years in the Past 4 years then you will be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship.Craving said:1. suppose i have completed 2 years PGD from Canada, after that what is procedure or laws from which i have to walk to get Canadian passport? (Canadian passport not permanent residency)

''Hi Sheryar,
My name is ike, and i will be handling you queries instead of Rohini.
In regards to your email about the last date you can arrive, there is no
deadline to arrive fixed by York University, but if you arrive after September
5th you will be missing some classes.
Answering your second Question, it would take about one or two weeks (that is
excluding the time it takes for you to mail the application to us) to send you
you a deferral letter.
Note: if you are going to apply for a deferral of your admission you are advised
to do so before classes start on the September 5th.
I hope this is helpful
Ike

to confirm from university side ....... write her an email like ............. Ike ........ I know i have to be before September 5th but Canadian embassy in Islamabad some times issues visa till September 10th ....... and I dont want to miss a semester. i am sure i would be able to come and catch up with the classes I would might miss .............
then see what they say .......

My course is in Accounts, but Canada has excluded accountants for immigration,( As they are not in their immigration occupational list) so its mean after completing my course i will not be eligible to apply for immigration?Inam89 said:1. 2. If the official length of course is 2 years you are eligible for PGWP of 3 years.
