I think you must send ur originals right now as u r already late

i consulted the gerry's personnel, he advised me not to send the documents immediately as there have been cases where documents got lost. He advised me to rather wait for a request from the CHC themselves

Wait for the request or Email them asking your file number and then send originals using your file number..........

i am not desperate to join in the fall session anyway. i am aware that i am very late in applying, so i will defer my admission in the january session if the visa arrives later the starting date of classes......

No, You can email CHC but yu can track from courier website using tracking number...........
