Can I get admission without it..

You can get admission if you can show a letter from your previous institute about your English language skills...........

can you share your previous
there is IELTS exemption list at university's webpage have a look at it. if you find you institute listed there you can get admission but what I suggest you is to take IELTS it will open plenty of more options for you and make your work easy.

Jo list update hue hay inam,momi,arsalan and ramazaro if college students have not yet got visa but also university students are waiting for such a long time and in the list no university studen got visa then????????????????

Your grades , IELTS and finances details......You have done Bachelor in Electronics Engineering but going for Master in bio medical Engineering, These are two different fields....If yes then can result in study mismatch......but hope for the best.......

I got 3.43 Gpa in my bachelors
My IELTS is 7.5
and i have shown mutual funds of my uncle and my father of about 216,000 CAD/= Plus i have paid 8000/= CAD My first year tuition fee in advance. I know the fact of Mis Match but still hoping to get some response !!!

It might not be case of Mismatch especially if you have added a SOP explaining changing your field. But CHC ISB is very strict when it comes to issue Study permit. so keep your fingers crossed. Good luck.
