immigrations always have a standard procedure to follow, at first check for University students , if on the basis of those documents they have to reject it they do so in a specified time .... and he has already passed that time....
time for university is different than colleges .......... its about 43-55 days for university students .........
the only reason for waseem to get rejected would be medical or quota is done for the year
