They always say that your application is in que to be reviewed by Immigration officer.

I just suggested u two options, rely on luck or withdraw ur application
bcs VISA chances for ACCA is extremely low.
If i would have been at your place,I would have withdrawn my Application(dont know how to do that :O CHIEF might help) ,and then would have start applying to UNIversity in can or UK.

It doesn't matter what they reply. Aslong as they see your message it will have the indirect effect of them realizing your classes are beginning soon.. that is what is important.

They have hundreds of cases & probably put your application aside after reviewing it at the start. So just email and let them know your situation. I don't see the harm, its your right to enquire ..

i have applied my visa 8 weeks ago on 3rd of may 2012. for the course of ACCA from Stoufville College and my comencment date is 23rd of july but i hav'nt recieve any response from embassy as only 3 weeks are left so things are getting worried for me so any one can suggest me something or can u tell me what should i do.....!

Here are your option:
1. Email CHC Islamabad: Include the following details in your email:

file number, if available
full name (surname, given names)
date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
mailing address
e-mail address, if you agree to e-mail communication
telephone and fax number, including area code (example: 101-6532-3236)

2. Wait for a reply and in the mean time apply to a good university for admission as it is now evident that University applicants are being treated on priority by CHC Islamabad.
3. If you want to study ACCA then UK is a better option but the negatives are that UK is expensive and parttime job is also not easy to find.

I would advise that waiting is not a wise option, if you secure admission in university in Canada while you are waiting then that would be great otherwise you will be wasting time. You may also do some job/course so that your time is utilized.

thnx for ur advise, i've just seen the links which u have posted of last year and this year as i can see in summer fall 2011 & winter fall 2011 student got visas those who applied for colleges as well even for stouffville college so i can hope for the good as well. wat u say???
