Two questions:
1, Have you check through tracking (by coureir) that you application has been reach to destination?
2, I above answer is in yes then have you inquired from the bank/instiution that your pay order / deman draft has been cleared?
Please post these replies then better advise can be given.
 
it is unusal not to receive the communication so late. usually it takes about 4-6 weeks. may be the process is delayed due to some reasons. anyways best of luck.
 
Confirmed that they had recieved it on 9th of May by mail
Checked with bank and they confirmed that it is be cashed
 
Did you check you email (or spam folder) ? now a days they are either sending it (only) by email too

In this situation you must have been received your AOR + letter.... Please check your mailbox (including junk mail folder) if you had menitoned you email address in the application... If not then please write CHC to enquire your application status...
 
I mailed CIO through that email and no reply

This is a mystery no one can solve. Their turn around time for reply is about 30 days. So you are helpless now... just wait and wait...

Yes! You can fax them on thier given numbers. Though there is again no confirmtion by them if action has been taken but it atleast assures you that fax has been put (included) into your file where an email maybe remains unread for how long time....
 
they most probably wont reply to your email. when i received my AOR via email from CIO, this is what was mentioned at the bottom of the email from CIO.

This e-mail address is solely for the purpose of communicating to clients and/or their representative’s further instructions regarding their application. This e-mail box is not being monitored. Any future communication/queries to this e-mail address will therefore not be answered.

which clearly means they wont reply to emails sent to this email id. i wish i knew how to contact them.
 
Then FAX is the best tool to reach to them for any inquiry. Ya?
