Is there anyone that has run into this in the past and they still accepted the "outdated" forms?

Yes my outdated forms were accepted
But honestly I will advise we use d updated forms , each case officer is different and have different opinions . It's better safe than sorry. Also saves time and gives you peace of mind knowing you did the right thing . I guess in my case I was just lucky. I submitted January dated forms in April and it was accepted .

Yup. They need to think about creating a subscription for those those who has GCKey. So ppl could subscribe to receive updates on topics that were chosen during registration: application forms updates, news and stuff..
