Dear Masmun, there is no need to hate anyone because you said their application was well presented and they got approved. It is your responsibility to make sure your application is well presented and make the necessary inquiries before applying. The decision to approve or not to is solely based on the VO. The application is called FSW which is equal to HSMP so they expect applicants to be on point due to academic and employment knowledge.

Dear Samindia0, i think it will be a good idea to write to them stating the reasons why you think your application should not have been rejected.I have read on a number of forums that they tend to change their decisions when challenged.

Did CIO do any job/employment enquiry?

Hasib Vai,
Not really at all. as because my reporting boss was well informed and he just sitting beside me....
there is no scope...

One of my canadian buddy told me that immigration officers are very particular about the job experience letter. He said that experiences that are copied-and pasted as is are a bit questionable in their standards.

What I would suggest is for you guys to make an appeal by sending out a letter along with a copy of that decision and resubmitting a work experience letter not just from your HR but also from your direct line manager. Don't lose hope, try to make an appeal and who knows, it will make a difference.

Don't lose hope. If you really want a canadian visa, take action! ;D

There are a lot of people in this forum who have applied several times before getting a visa, so carry on and Good luck!

You also have to check if the Immigration officials called your HR to verify your experience letter. Might just be the storke of luck that somebody who doesnt know about your case got interviewed or something.

Regards,
