For your first point, you need officer's signature, salary, period of employment, etc. Look at the document checklist for a list of their requirements. If you do not meet their requirements for letters your application may consider incomplete. You may write verbatim of your work letter (minus personal details) here so that we can judge what is missing.

For your canadian credentials, I believe you need both copies of transcripts AND copies of your certificates (as stated on their instruction guide). Having either one only may be another reason of rejection.
In my copy of the letter, I have checked that all those information are stated. I can show you but since it is a long letter and I only have a pdf copy of it with the details removed. I had others pm me on this to have my letters looked. I can share it with you through email just PM me.

I did attached my transcript and my certificate. Transcript would be all the compiled grades over the years i studied and certificate would be the piece of paper stating what degree I took and graduated (I stated these just to be sure we are on the same page)

Just to give an update for everyone, I hope this post can help someone else in the future.

I called CIC Sydney earlier and managed to get a hold of a person. He confirms with me that if I had sent enough proof for my educational background when I was in Canada, my application should not be rejected. Same goes for my working experience. Everything must follow according to the document checklist. For this incident, I must provide a cover letter which I will start typing very soon and attach it along with my application.

But there is 1 thing that worries me. He mentioned that since Express Entry is coming up by January 2nd 2015, my application may or may not be reviewed again. He did mentioned that it will be subjected to the officer reviewing my application (or even the officer who received it). No matter how fast I managed to re-do my application, I can not submit by 31st Dec 2014 (had checked with UPS website). Regardless, I will try again. Same goes with the NOC cap for 2132 which, the last time I saw is nearing 1k already.

I hope for the best. Thank you again for those who gave me their advice and encouragement.

Good luck! That is good news!

Can you give us the phone number of CIC where you phoned to, just in case someone else also needs the number for their case?

+1 613-944-4000

Go through the automated respond, it will direct you to CIC Sydney. If you call +1-888-242-2100 directly from overseas it will not go through.
