Reason for Refusal - "You chose not to submit a letter of reference from your employer specifying the work experience that you obtained in Canada, the job duties that you performed or the job responsibilities that you had assigned to you"

I did provided the letter with my application.
Instead of requesting the document they sent me an Refusal Email.

I sent an Email today with the same and asking them to give a chnace to prove the same.
God knows what happens next

Pls help us understand your case. Had you submitted the letter of reference with the required details evidencing your Canadian work experience along with the CEC application or not ?

Not really able to understand the context of you expecting them to write to you requesting for the letter. In CEC, Letter of Reference evidencing required Canadian work experience is not a supporting doc but a mandatory one unlike pay stub (which is a supporting doc) or PCC (which can be submitted at a later date).

I did provided the letter with my application.

The reason for refusal could mean (1) the VO missed the letter, (2) somewhere along the line, the letter was lost, or (3) The letter was lacking the required details (exact start date, job duties/responsibilities).

If it means (1), then it is possible that your email will prompt the VO to look again and find the letter, in which case your application would probably be re-opened. If it is (2) it may be difficult to "prove" you submitted it, but it doesn't hurt to try; if it was (3) then you didn't comply with the application instructions, and you will need to reapply.

Sorry to hear that, but your best shot is to reapply. And definitely you clearly identify all pieces.
If your company does not provide in the letter your duties and responsibilities, your direct manager has to do it for you. I know for sure big 3 Telecoms company do not that

Did you provide any supporting documents apart from reference letter?
e.g. Petition submitted to CIC for your work permit, your contract with employer (if any),
some write up from you stating the roles & responsibilities ?

OR did you just submit the reference letter?

I had submitted all supporting documents the reason they provided is .

"I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement. You chose not to submit a letter of reference from your employer specifying the work experience that you obtained in Canada, the job duties that you performed or the job responsibilities that you had assigned to you. While you did provide us with the initial letter (dated XXXX) from your employer used to obtain a work permit in year XXXX, this letter pre-dated your arrival in Canada and specified what you would be doing in Canada. It is not evidence of the experience you gained in Canada after your arrival. As such, I am not satisfied that you have the work experience as claimed in your application."
