Hi msnnpr,

May I know your employer name?

Please avoid asking / posting name of employer on this forum.

I can see that you submitted the "job contract" with all the duty details... but did you get a recent employment letter before submitting the application that summarized what you have been doing for the past 2 years?

It make sense ..Thanks Andy.

it's missing roles and responsibilities.

If they re-open my application that will be great .

Sorry, they will not re-open the application, you did not provide the required documentation if the letter was missing the roles and responsibilities.

I agree, your best option is to re-apply with a complete letter of reference.

Sorry to know abt this msnnpr.

can the letter stating - roles and responsibilities provided by supervisor / manager be submitted.
Even if it is not on company letter head?

Hi Peter,

I believe the letter must have the company letterhead as specifically mentioned in the document checklist. You don't wanto to take a risk at this point.

Regards,

My job duties is described in the company email sent by my manager. Is this good enough?

Hi msnpr,

according to my understanding what you provided is a job offer, or they classify it like that.

What they want actually is a letter of reference being issued when you started working = in this case, your "acceptance" of the job offer.

PS the date on the letter should range between your last day when you fulfilled required work time experience and the day of application. For example, if fulfilled 2 years in March 2012 and you applied in April 2012 then it should be March 31st 2012. Something like that, you got the point.

If I am wrong, somebody please correct me.

Hi Msnnpr,

Could you please tell whether your application was rejected before medicals or after medicals.
In your file details it's mentioned that you did medicals.Did you do advance medicals. You answers will help to understand our case better.

Thanks
