application refused on wrong point calculation of education

Hello,
Today I recieved the letter of refusal as they are telling I have insufficient points.The total score as per them is 64 points..
I have done Diploma in chemical engineering which is 3 years full time course in India. Total education is 15 years (10+2+3 system)
As per the self assesment tool in CIC website I am supposed to get 22 points for education whereas I have been given 15 points....Here I have lost the major points..

Please tell me guys what I should do now ?? Where I should apply for reassesment??
Can the file be open again , I mean for recalculating the points?
Or can I take the help of professional lawyers/ agencies??
I have been waiting for long & my whole family is sad with CIC decision....

Please give me directions at the earliest.......................

"A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22"
They should have given you 22 points, they clearly did a mistake when they calculated your educational points; maybe an appeal? Probably the seniors can tell more.

i think u must be awarded 22 point instead of 15 marks.....becuase u have 3 years diploma and 2 year higher secondary school and 5 years high school and 5 years elementary ... so ur education years are 15 years and u have diploma ...so u must be awarded 22 point......
hope u must contact visa officer again with proof ...did u get their explaination about rejection...

Very deeply sad news, I am also in the same boat, same education, but still waiting for the update for document request, plz fight for this unjustification, one question, you hired any lawyer, if so why he is not defending your case.

What I understand is that u have mentioned Mr.Jason Kenney's Constituency & Ottawa Offices addresses. But is the mail ID kennej @ parl.gc.ca a correct one? shouldn't it be kenneyj @ parl.gc.ca or kenney @ parl.gc.ca

Also if you could provide for Mr. Stephen Harper's email ID as well.
