I checked with their website and they will allow in person service. But I would suggest you to call them and confirm.
If you have received PPR request they might have included Instructions for passport submission, click that and it will tell you the procedures.

Isnt it a great feeling? I pray that everyone else get to feel that way asap
 
so 6 months later I got GCMS notes in the mail...weird

it seems that my file went back and forth a few times from Ottawa to buffalo and back very very weird.

Also I saw decision made on my ECAS today. I hope that means Buffalo has stamped my passport

So it tells u what was happening during address disappearence in January?? Nd when was ur security check finished? Please elaborate , we might be able to get an idea wid wtts goin on wid ours!
 
I will try to give a breakdown

Criminality started 2011/09/08 which is when they sent my AOR and as of 29 decemeber 2011 the status was IN PROCESS

RCMP started same date and the same date they found no reportable trace

Medical updated 2011/09/09 status passed.

So basically the last time they updated my file on the 5th of October 2011, when my application got transferred back to Buffalo from Ottawa I have no more records of that. I am not sure why I cant see what happened in January

Medical done October 17, 2011
Passport request March 2, 2012...

I send my passport March 7 and it was delivered in Fort Erie March 12, I traced it... That's it...
Now I am a little worry, I got tickets for May 5 to Ukraine..., but I am steel waiting for my passport(((
How do you think is it Ok, if I call to Buffalo or e-mail them about this enquiry? I am just afraid lost my tickets...

Hey what does your status say on ECAS? Does it say Decision made?
 
My e-CAS is IN PROCESS, I am waiting when it change for Decision made)))
But right now I have:
Received application march 8, 2011
Start process October 6, 2011
Medical done

Another person recieved there PPR email yesterday. File recieved May 2011, AOR sept 2011.
