We received your application for permanent residence on November 8, 2010.
We started processing your application on February 22, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
Why has nothing been done to our file in 2 years ?
It also looks like even though they have asked for our passports no decision has been made,so we could still be refused.

They sent you a letter in May 2011 ?? But you said they sent letter in Feb ?? I would say just send then an email and let them know that you didn't receive any letter as per ecas. You should have done that before itself, else it will delay your processing time. Probably they might need additional documents on your PR case.imrankhan1 said:
