Nothing goes under the reference number section. When you do send your GCMS Request, do include a copy of your work permit. I would not recommend yet emailing the Manager as it has not even been 12 since your file was received at Buffalo.

thanks sharu but I already sent request for gcms notes last nite n I put my application number in reference column, which shudnt affect anything.....but I didnt send copy of ma work permit.........shud I do again or leave it..

I think its better you re apply as you dont want to wait a month to find out that you are not getting gcms notes at all ...

I sent my pp and medicals on February 28, 2012 to NDVO. ECAS showing "in process" and Medicals have received. How long it will take to get the PP back with visa? Anybody else got PR in March?
