For the work permit question, I did exactly what you wrote, but they didn't ask me to upload the work permit separately like other documents, how about you? The only place I can attach my work permit I guess is with passport pages?
In my case, they did not want to see the old WP.
I could only upload the passport page with personal data.
The documents they have requested in my case, were ....
Fee Receipt.....And this document was at the first position ;D
