hello Sim, saka n sharuu ....I got e-mail today n they said my file transferred to detroit now...n do not request status for next 90 days........atleast something changed..lol

what is your timeline ??

Its definately good that you got an update finally. I am not trying to scare you but knowing u got transferred to Detroit, if I were you I will start perparing for Pay stubs, job letter etc immediately coz they are famous for asking those documents. Just a heads up to stay ahead of things. Good luck bud

another question, I think, I have most of pay stubs but which job letter they want, the one I got in 2010 or i need to get new from employer which describe in 4-5 lines that I work here from this date to till now...n duties n stuff...

They can ask for anything actually. NOA for the past 2 years, pay stubs, current letter from the employer also. You should ask this in the thread where they discussed the files being transferred to Detroit.

Notice of assesment, you get it in mail aftr u file ur taxes.. tells you about federal carryforwards n stuff..

For sure... I think it does! I think your background is done as that is the reason the file has been transferred! When a file gets transferred to me it means that all the checks are done but the load is too much so the files are being transferred to different offices. I am reaching the 15 month mark at the end of this month, dont know how much longer this will take !!
